How to apply
SHG Formation and Registration
Urban poor individuals form a Self-Help Group (SHG) and register with the local Urban Local Body (ULB) to unlock credit access.

Skill Training Enrollment
Eligible youth enroll in EST&P courses at government-empanelled training centers for structured skill development.

Deen Dayal Antyodaya Yojana - National Urban Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NULM) is a flagship social welfare and poverty reduction scheme of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), Government of India. The primary objective is to reduce poverty and vulnerability of urban poor households by enabling them to access self-employment and skilled wage employment opportunities. The scheme is integrated with a rural component (DAY-NRLM) under the Ministry of Rural Development.
