How to apply
Identification and Rescue
Child labour identification by District Project Society or child welfare committee rescue operations.
Enrollment in Special Training Center
Admit the child to a local NCLP Special Training Center for non-formal education and health care.
Mainstream Schooling Integration
After completion of primary-level training, transition the child into a formal school.

The National Child Labour Project (NCLP) Scheme is a centrally sponsored initiative by the Ministry of Labour and Employment of India to rehabilitate children withdrawn from hazardous occupations. Beneficiary children receive vocational training, health care, a monthly stipend, and non-formal education to prepare them for mainstream schooling.
