How to apply
Online/Offline Registration
Register on the state department of agriculture/horticulture portal or via the local extension officer.
Equipment Selection & Survey
Select approved drip or sprinkler equipment, followed by a land suitability survey by field officers.
Installation & Verification
System setup by authorized vendors, post-installation verification, and release of subsidy to the account/vendor.

Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana (PMKSY) is a national flagship mission designed to improve farm productivity and ensure better utilization of water resources in the country. Approved with an outlay of ₹50,000 crore, the primary objectives of the scheme are to attract investments in irrigation systems at the field level, expand cultivable area under assured irrigation (Har Khet Ko Pani), improve on-farm water use efficiency to reduce wastage, and enhance the adoption of precision irrigation technologies (More Crop Per Drop). PMKSY integrates watershed management, micro-irrigation, and water distribution infrastructure under a single collaborative platform.
