Tata Electronics' Dholera fab will manufacture microcontrollers (MCUs), power management ICs (PMICs), display drivers, and logic chips across 28nm, 40nm, 55nm, and 110nm process nodes. These chips supply critical demand in India's automotive electronics, power systems, consumer appliances, network infrastructure, and defense systems.
According to official disclosures filed with the Assam Industrial Development Corporation (AIDC) and Ministry of Electronics & IT (MeitY), pilot packaging lines in Morigaon are scheduled for operational trial runs in mid-2026, with commercial volume shipments ramping up through 2027.
